Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Policy Advisor to drive the development of policy initiatives that meet departmental objectives. The successful applicant will work closely with subject matter experts to draft content, identify gaps and opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Develop policy initiatives that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Provide authoritative, strategic advice and briefings on complex issues to senior management and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on high priority issues, risks and trends, and prepare recommendations for action.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful applicant will have completion of a postgraduate degree or industry certification (or progress toward) with high-level relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of training and sound experience. Key skills include:

  • Policy research and analysis.
  • Project management.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
