About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Event Executive to join our team.

Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic and organized individual to work in a fast-paced environment and be responsible for effectively handling incoming event enquiries and quotes, planning and executing all sized events, and liaising with clients before, during and after their event to ensure a memorable experience is provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Have previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a hospitality industry
  • Be an energetic multi-tasker with meticulous attention to detail and a creative approach to planning events that are seamlessly delivered
  • Be an exceptional communicator with a natural ability to develop strong rapport with clients, guests and internally with the sales and banquets teams
  • Thrive in a dynamic environment and remain calm under pressure
  • Be able to think on your feet and find innovative solutions to any problems that arise
