Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Lead will be responsible for leading our recruitment functions nationally, motivating a team of four to maintain consistent service delivery and exceptional hiring outcomes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Team Leadership & Operations: Motivate the team to deliver high-quality results, provide development opportunities, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, partners, and suppliers, delivering exceptional candidate care.
  • Project Leadership: Lead strategic TA initiatives, including the Graduate program and Innovate Reconciliation Plan actions.
  • Internal Progression & Talent Management: Facilitate career growth and internal movements to support employee retention and development.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with executive leaders on high-impact, strategic hiring initiatives.
  • Process Improvement: Champion continuous improvements across all aspects of the TA lifecycle.
  • Diverse Talent Sourcing and Marketing: Utilise EVP branding and diverse channels to build talent pipelines and attract high-calibre candidates.
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): Drive Adbri's DEI goals by implementing inclusive TA strategies that contribute to a diverse and welcoming workforce.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Provide meaningful reporting and metrics to support informed business decisions.
