Job Title: Field Consultant
About the RoleThe Opportunity
Work with Australia's largest single provider of apprenticeships and traineeships.
As a Field Consultant, you will sign up apprentices and trainees to National Training Contracts, while educating employers and apprentices on available support and incentives.
- Provide clear, efficient, and quality information about the Australian Apprenticeship program, including processes, support services, incentives, and financial opportunities.
- Manage time effectively to maximise productivity in scheduling sign-ups, progress contacts, and sales/marketing activities.
- Stay up to date with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures to deliver the best service.
- Address customer inquiries promptly, providing accurate advice and information.
- Identify potential issues impacting apprenticeship progress and refer to the appropriate services for support.
You will be an ambitious, positive, self-starter with a passion for building and maintaining key relationships within the community.
- Proven experience in account management or business development.
- Exceptional customer service and administration skills.
- Able to work autonomously with integrity and strong self-discipline.
- Results-driven with a focus on KPIs and continuous improvement.
- Open to change and committed to personal and professional growth.
- Knowledge of the VET sector and Australian Apprenticeship Support Services is highly regarded.
- Current driver's licence or ability to travel.
