About Apprenticeships Field Consultancy

This is a highly rewarding role for individuals who are passionate about supporting apprentices and employers in their journey to succeed. As an Apprenticeships Field Consultant, you will be responsible for sign-up, trainee management, and business development.

You will work with various stakeholders including employers, apprentices, and other relevant parties to ensure the success of National Training Contracts.

Your key objectives will include providing quality information about available support services, incentives, and financial opportunities. You will also be expected to manage time effectively to maximise productivity in scheduling sign-ups, progress contacts, and sales/marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver High-Quality Services: Provide clear, efficient, and accurate information about the Australian Apprenticeship program.
  • Manage Time Effectively: Maximise productivity in scheduling sign-ups, progress contacts, and sales/marketing activities.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Stay current with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures to deliver exceptional service.
  • Customer Service: Address customer inquiries promptly, providing accurate advice and information.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify potential issues impacting apprenticeship progress and refer to appropriate services for support.
