
Business Development Professional

As a highly motivated and relationship-driven professional, you have the opportunity to drive sales revenue growth and increase market share in our clinics. You will be responsible for developing and executing targeted sales and marketing strategies, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers and clinics.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Growth & Strategy: Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to drive revenue and procedure volumes.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain high-value relationships across multiple clinics, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Service Expansion & Collaboration: Identify opportunities to enhance service offerings and work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless, high-quality support.
- Performance Monitoring & Engagement: Track account performance, report key metrics, and participate in meetings and networking events to strengthen presence and uncover new opportunities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Background in account management or similar roles, ideally within healthcare or related industries.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently across a defined geographic area.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and highly organized.
- Experience using sales information management software (Salesforce is a plus).
- Willingness to travel regularly within the region and quarterly to Melbourne.
