A motivated and relationship-driven professional is sought for a rewarding opportunity. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue growth and increasing market share in our clinics.
The Key Driver RoleYou will be the primary liaison for our referrers and serve as the key driver of sales growth within Hobart. Your role will centre on building and nurturing high-value relationships with healthcare providers and clinics, identifying opportunities to expand referrals and increase revenue.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Growth & Strategy: Drive revenue and procedure volumes by developing and executing targeted sales and marketing strategies.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships across multiple clinics, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Service Expansion & Collaboration: Identify opportunities to enhance service offerings and work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless, high-quality support.
- Performance Monitoring & Engagement: Track account performance, report key metrics, and participate in meetings and networking events to strengthen presence and uncover new opportunities.
- Strong Interpersonal & Communication Skills: With a customer-focused mindset.
- Background in Account Management: Or similar roles, ideally within healthcare or related industries. Exposure to working with medical specialists is a strong advantage.
- Ability to Manage Multiple Accounts: Efficiently across a defined geographic area.
- Proactive, Self-Motivated, & Highly Organised: With a willingness to travel regularly within the Hobart region and quarterly to Melbourne.
- Additional Requirements: A current Australian Driver's License and reliable car.
