As a skilled systems administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining the company's tech stack and ensuring accurate data across departments.

You'll play a key role in system improvements, troubleshooting and resolving system issues, and supporting testing and implementation of system upgrades.

About This Role
  • Maintain and administer multiple systems, including ERP systems, middleware, and reporting tools.
  • Monitor integrations, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems with vendors and users.
  • Document workflows, SOPs, and training materials to ensure seamless operations.
  • Support the development of reports and dashboards in Power BI to inform business decisions.
  • Manage IT service providers for MS365 and hardware to ensure optimal performance.
About You
  • Strong experience in systems administration or support, with a strong grasp of business operations.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
  • Knowledge of inventory, purchasing, and logistics processes, with excellent organisation and time management skills.

  • Administer Xero, Cin7, Salesforce, Employment Hero, Starshipit, and 3CX.
  • Monitor integrations, middleware, and data warehouse flows.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues with vendors and users.
  • Document workflows, SOPs, and training materials.
  • Support testing, UAT, and implementation of system upgrades.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI.
  • Manage the company IT service provider for MS365 and hardware.
