Join Australia's largest and specialist importer and distributor of residential fire safety alarms, where your IT systems & applications expertise and problem-solving skills will keep operations running smoothly. This is a hands-on role, blending system administration experience with innovative automation vision.

You'll be responsible for maintaining the company's tech stack, supporting integrations, and ensuring accurate data across departments. You'll also play a key role in system improvements and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer Xero, Cin7, Salesforce, Employment Hero, Starshipit, and 3CX.
  • Monitor integrations, middleware, and data warehouse flows.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues with vendors and users.
  • Document workflows, SOPs, and training materials.
  • Support testing, UAT, and implementation of system upgrades.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI.
  • Manage the company IT service provider for MS365 and hardware.
About You

You'll be an IT-savvy administrator with a strong grasp of business operations. You enjoy solving problems, streamlining processes, and working with data.

Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in systems administration or support.
  • Strong experience with Xero, Cin7, and Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, middleware, and reporting tools (Power BI).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Understanding of inventory, purchasing, and logistics processes.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
