Job Title: Safety Expert - High Voltage Infrastructure
Main Responsibilities:- Deliver projects safely and efficiently
- Implement and maintain comprehensive health and safety systems
- Conduct thorough site inspections and investigations to identify potential hazards
As a key team member, you will champion health and safety initiatives, collaborate with operations to ensure the well-being of people, and deliver high-quality projects. Your expertise in high voltage infrastructure will enable you to navigate complex electrical and construction environments, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale renewable projects across NSW, collaborating with local HV utilities, regulators, and clients. If you possess a qualification in Work Health and Safety or equivalent experience, this role may be ideal for you.
Some of your key tasks will include ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, conducting regular risk assessments, and developing effective mitigation strategies to prevent accidents and injuries. You will also play a crucial role in promoting a culture of safety within the organization, through training, awareness programs, and regular communication.
