Senior Power Engineer Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Power Engineer to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer who can lead technical delivery of high-voltage projects, develop and mentor junior engineers, and contribute to the growth and success of our Power team.

  1. Project Leadership: Lead the technical delivery of primary/high-voltage projects from feasibility to completion, ensuring timely and accurate documentation and reports.
  2. Mentorship: Develop and mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their careers.
  3. Design and Engineering: Lead the design of high-voltage substations and other related infrastructure, applying knowledge of engineering principles and industry standards.
  4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and project teams to deliver successful projects, contributing to a positive and productive team environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of electrical engineering principles, including high-voltage transmission and distribution systems.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading technical teams and mentoring junior engineers.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to explain complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities, maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality results.
