Senior Technical Project Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead high voltage project delivery across Australia. This role is pivotal in overseeing design, managing stakeholders, and driving outcomes on some of the country's most important energy infrastructure.

The successful candidate will have a degree in electrical engineering and significant experience in designing and managing HV substations, Solar farms, and similar major renewable energy projects. Strong personal values and team player skills are essential for success in this role.

Key responsibilities include optimising technical and commercial solutions for HV projects, overseeing projects at all phases, developing and managing relationships with suppliers, supporting contract management, and providing exceptional client relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Degree qualified in electrical engineering or related field
  • Proven experience in HV substation design management, solar farm development, and major renewable energy projects
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Hands-on experience working in small teams and adapting to client requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
