Project Lead - High-Voltage Substation Projects

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape Sydney's future infrastructure by leading high-voltage substation projects. You will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle, from planning to execution and closeout.

  • End-to-End Leadership: Ensure smooth transitions from planning to completion.
  • Substation Expertise: Extensive experience with high-voltage substation projects is essential, particularly within the 33kV–330kV range.
  • Client Engagement: Act as the main client liaison, building strong partnerships and ensuring project requirements are met.
  • Team and Resource Management: Lead multidisciplinary teams and effectively allocate resources to achieve high-quality outcomes on schedule.
  • Cost and Safety Oversight: Maintain strict cost control and ensure full compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Project Management, or equivalent experience. Proven experience in high-voltage substation project management (132kV+) is also required, along with leadership and team management skills.
