Cost Analysis Professional

As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate cost analysis and reporting to support informed decision-making.

  • This role involves the preparation and analysis of cost reports, budgets, and forecasts, as well as working closely with procurement and commercial teams to monitor costs and commitments.

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and basic knowledge of ERP software (Oracle and/or SAP) and project control software.

Additionally, they will have excellent attention to detail, organizational abilities, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation and analysis of cost reports, budgets, and forecasts
  • Collaboration with procurement and commercial teams to monitor costs and commitments
  • Assistance with accurate cost control information, including detailed analysis of budget, commitments, expenditure, VOWD, forecasting, and change control
  • Monitoring and tracking project costs, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualifications in project controls, quantity surveying, commercial, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Basic knowledge of ERP software (Oracle and/or SAP) and project control software
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
