Join Our Team as a Maintenance Coordinator

Catholic Healthcare is seeking a skilled Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at Villa Maria home in Fortitude Valley. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including break down repairs, planned preventative maintenance, and minor project works.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical advice and support to the Residential Manager and other stakeholders
  • Coordinate and implement maintenance and repair activities
  • Ensure compliance with WH&S requirements and regulations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers
  • Monitor and report on maintenance activities and budgets
Requirements:
  • Relevant trade certificate and experience in maintenance and repair
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Current unrestricted Class C NSW Drivers Licence
  • NDIS check or willingness to obtain
