HSSEQ Coordinator

RPS Group is seeking an experienced HSSEQ Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HSSEQ team, you will be responsible for coordinating tender and proposal responses, maintaining third-party contractor management prequalification portals, and managing the supplier management program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate tender and proposal responses
  • Maintain third-party contractor management prequalification portals
  • Manage the supplier management program
  • Management system document control (including coordination of reviews, revisions, formatting, etc)
  • Maintenance and administration of the HSSEQ online tool (Donesafe)
  • Administration of the AAP external training and competency register
  • Coordinate and prepare communications (monthly bulletin, reports, alerts)
  • Coordinate team meetings (including minutes)
  • Assist with coordination of management system related training
  • Maintain the HSSEQ SharePoint page
  • Maintain the HSSEQ email inbox

You will have:

  • 2+ years administrative experience
  • Intermediate/advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite – Word/Excel/PP
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Able to build relationships and communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Able to edit SharePoint pages and create/maintain PowerBI reports
  • Be open to taking initiative, learning and growing in the role
