Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Claims Service Consultant to join our team at Allianz Australia. As a key member of our claims management team, you will be responsible for reviewing and identifying claims that do not fall within the scope of policies, ensuring the correct outcome has been made.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze claims to determine their validity and ensure compliance with insurance guidelines and regulations.
- Liaise with stakeholders, including customers, agents, and other internal teams, to discuss outcomes and dispute resolution.
- Prepare and draft documentation, including reports and correspondence, to stakeholders as required.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to understand and meet their needs, delivering a positive customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with insurance industry developments, legislation, and regulations, recommending policy changes for continuous improvement and compliance.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Demonstrated claims management experience in a complex customer service environment.
- The ability to optimize business value by delivering high-quality services and positive customer experiences.
- Technical knowledge of relevant insurance lines and associated legislation.
- High attention to detail and technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, and communication tools.
- Proactive problem-solving skills, strong decision-making skills, and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
