Unlock Operational Excellence as a Sales Operations Director

Stream Talent is seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Director to drive operational excellence across our Sales, Contracts, Service Delivery, Technical Support, and Marketing functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead sales operations management, supporting the sales team with pipeline management, sales forecasting, and performance analysis to ensure targets are met.
  • Provide executive and board reporting, supporting the CEO with high-quality and relevant management reporting and analysis.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes across sales and related business units, using data-driven insights and AI tools to improve efficiency and outcomes.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement across teams.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Assist sales teams with contract management, tender preparation, pricing, and deal structuring to support customer engagements.
  • Ensure that all client-facing materials meet company standards and are consistent with brand and messaging guidelines.
  • Monitor compliance with industry regulations and internal policies, ensuring all activities align with best practices.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, executive management, clients, and partners to support business objectives.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years+ of experience in a Sales Operations role within a technology scaleup environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, sales enablement tools, and AI-driven analytics.
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements and operational efficiency.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
