**Job Summary:**
    The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing revenue potential for Hyatt Regency Sydney across the corporate meetings, incentives, and events market segments. This includes developing and implementing strategies to retain existing business while acquiring new clients, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and optimizing yield management to drive profitability.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**
    
  1. Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  2. Maintain and build relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize yield management.


**Requirements & Qualifications:**
    
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales leadership roles within luxury hotels or high-end establishments.
  • Able to demonstrate a proactive approach to sales and a dynamic leadership style.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
