Rehabilitation Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Rehabilitation Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team at the Chronic Disease Community Rehabilitation Service (CDCRS).

The successful candidate will work alongside senior healthcare professionals to assess, plan, and implement evidence-based rehabilitation programs for patients living with chronic disease.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement rehabilitation plans for patients with chronic diseases
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Prioritize workload and meet deadlines to complete activities within scope of practice
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical and functional abilities
  • Work in collaboration with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes

Requirements:

  • Qualified and experienced physiotherapist
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
