Program Coordinator - Housing and Homelessness
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Coordinator to lead a committed team of Case Workers and Associate Case Workers. As the local program lead, the Program Coordinator will ensure high-quality service delivery that meets organisational standards, funding body requirements, and-most importantly-the needs of clients.
- Leading, mentoring, and supporting a passionate team
- Coordinating service delivery, workloads, and rosters
- Overseeing reporting, evaluation, and compliance
- Building and maintaining strong stakeholder and community partnerships
- Representing the program as a trusted leader in housing and homelessness support

What We're Looking For
A degree in Social Work, Human Services, or Behavioural Sciences; OR Certificate IV in Community Services (or equivalent) with at least 2 years' experience in case management
- Demonstrated experience in leadership, program delivery, evaluation, and outcome measurement
- Strong knowledge of housing support services, relevant legislation, and culturally safe practice
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and reporting skills
- A current open driver's licence, Blue Card, and NDIS Yellow Card (or ability to obtain)
