Product Operations Specialist, Live Moderation

As a Product Operations Specialist on our Trust & Safety team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize moderation strategies and tools, ensuring the highest level of human moderation quality and efficiency.

  • Develop short-term and long-term roadmaps to enhance LIVE human moderation efficiency while maintaining quality.
  • Monitor key metrics, implement measures to address abnormalities, and drive continuous optimization of moderation performance.
  • Connect with upstream and downstream business teams to streamline processes and improve work efficiency across the entire link.
  • Promote strategic projects, manage program progress, and align with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Internet strategy product or product operations, with content safety experience being a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong project management abilities, with experience in complex project management and promotion.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Good logical and structural thinking.
  • Comfortable using data to analyze performance and drive improvement.
