Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Specialist Therapist. The role involves delivering therapeutic support to students with mild-to-moderate mental health concerns.

  • Assess the mental health needs of students to inform appropriate therapeutic interventions
  • Deliver individual and group interventions to students which address mental health concerns
  • Work collaboratively with schools' leadership and student support teams to inform student support planning, and provide advice to teachers supporting students' mental health in the classroom
Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Master's degree in psychology or social work
  • Registration with relevant professional bodies (e.g. Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency)
  • Experience working with students with mild-to-moderate mental health concerns
