About Trust and Safety

About the team
What will I be doing?
As a Product Operation Specialist on our Trust & Safety team, you will work with Product Manager (PM), Algorithm, Research & Development (R&D) and human moderation teams to continuously optimize moderation strategies, interface and assistance tools to help our moderators improve efficiency, quality as well as their well-being.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for generating short-term and long-term roadmaps to improve LIVE human moderation efficiency in case of ensuring human moderation quality.
- Responsible for daily monitoring and analysis of core metrics, adopting related measures to improve abnormal data and driving moderation performance continuous optimization.
- Connect with upstream and downstream business teams such as PM, R&D, algorithm, and human moderation teams to optimize business processes and improve the work efficiency of the entire link.
- Responsible for driving strategic projects, managing the program progress and align with cross functional (xfn) teams.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above
- At least 3 years of Internet strategy product or product operation experience, relevant work experience in the field of content safety is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong project management ability, with experience in complex project management and promotion.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English.

Preferred Qualifications
- Good logical and structural thinking.
- Comfortable using data to analyse performance and using insight to drive performance.
