Live Sports Delivery Specialist

Job Summary:

We deliver live sports to Prime customers. If you love new media tech, solving big-customer problems, and sports, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory, support bookings, and manage booking trackers
  • Develop and manage ad schedules, including mid-season management, and ensure compliance with frequency capping policy
  • Partner with the wider organisation to deliver to third-party production companies
  • Ensure creative policy compliance checks and billing/delivery reporting
  • Support Account Managers and troubleshoot campaign/creative management issues
  • Have a strong understanding of the end-to-end broadcast chain, break optimisation best practices, and compliance requirements across APAC regulatory bodies

Requirements:

  • Experience in TV Broadcast Traffic or Sales Operations
  • Proficient in live TV ad scheduling, moderation, and trafficking
  • Knowledge of current ad scheduling and trafficking tools
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to independently manage workload and drive priorities with cross-functional teams
  • Flexibility to manage late changes and react to schedule amendments
