This is a permanent, full-time position working 38 hours per week. As part of our team, you will ensure that the sites are highly presentable and build positive relationships with colleagues and site employees.

About the Role:

  • Build positive relationships and provide excellent customer service with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the team with positive communication and a collaborative approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain gardens, lawns, grounds, and carparks to ensure the sites are highly presentable.
  2. Perform seasonal fertilizing of lawns and gardens, weed management, periodic pruning, regular trimming of trees and hedges, and replanting of gardens where required.
  3. Remove rubbish and recycling bins, maintain water features and waterways, including storm water pits.
  4. Operate various types of power equipment, including lawn mowers, trimmers, hedge trimmers, and provide assistance to maintenance staff as required.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience as a landscaper with strong knowledge of lawn and garden maintenance.
  • Experience operating and maintaining role-related equipment, such as ride-on mowers and whipper snippers.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills with good attention to detail.
  • Adhere to and promote a safe and healthy workplace culture.
  • Exceptional customer service and/or stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A valid driver's license and a National Criminal History Check relevant for Aged Care (or willingness to obtain).
