Family Preservation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Family Preservation Specialist to deliver in-home support services and build resilience with families expecting a child or with children under 18.
The successful candidate will have relevant qualifications (diploma or degree) and experience assessing child protection risk. A holistic, strengths-based approach to achieving lasting change is essential, as is the ability to engage with diverse communities, including Aboriginal communities.
In this role, you will conduct assessments of family strengths and needs, develop case plans that foster positive relationships, and use evidence-informed practices to support families in shaping their future.
