Role Overview

We are seeking a Learning Solutions Designer to develop and deliver learning experiences that meet the diverse needs of our organisation. The successful candidate will have expertise in instructional design, adult education and eLearning technologies.

About the Role

The Learning Solutions Designer will be responsible for designing and delivering learning solutions based on organisational goals, business unit strategies and capability frameworks. They will apply adult learning methodologies to deliver synchronous and asynchronous learning initiatives, using established and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver learning solutions aligned with organisational goals and business unit strategies.
  • Apply adult learning methodologies to deliver engaging and effective learning experiences.
  • Use technology-enhanced learning solutions to meet the diverse needs of the organisation.
  • Conduct analysis to identify gaps in skills and knowledge, and develop targeted learning solutions.
  • Prepare high-quality documentation and reports for stakeholders.
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in adult education, instructional design or related field.
  • Proven experience in instructional design and eLearning development.
  • Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design models.
  • Experience working with learning management systems and eLearning authoring tools.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work independently.
