The Role:
  • Design and develop impactful learning experiences aligned with organisational goals, strategy and capability frameworks.
  • Apply adult learning principles to deliver effective synchronous & asynchronous initiatives using established technologies and best practices.
  • Create adaptable solutions to cater to diverse employee needs and organisational objectives.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill/knowledge gaps and requirements.
  • Promote learning through the development of engaging briefs, presentations, reports and project documentation.
  • Analyse and interpret employee learning data for evaluation and improvement purposes.
About You
  • Tertiary qualification in instructional design, adult education or related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of adult workplace learning theories and instructional design models.
  • Proven expertise in designing learning experiences and resources.
  • Familiarity with current trends in digital technologies and learning principles.
  • Strong project management skills to scope realistic projects, meet deadlines and deliver quality outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Ability to source and analyse data for reporting on learning effectiveness.
