As a Business Development Specialist in our Community Care team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the Community, Hospital, and Residential Care channels.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Manager or Sales professional to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of making a difference in people's lives.
You will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to achieve agreed targets, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and providing market intelligence to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve agreed sales targets by generating revenue from new and existing customers
- Contact major end-purchasers and state-based distributors regularly to ensure maximum penetration of Kimberly-Clark's products
- Establish and maintain accurate customer records using approved CRM tools
- Provide feedback on market intelligence, products, and new business opportunities to support business strategies
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Account Management or Sales in the Healthcare or Medical Devices/Pharmaceutical industries
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to negotiate solutions-based outcomes
- Knowledge of the Community market and Aged Care industry
Total Compensation Package:
The estimated salary for this role is AU$90,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including flexible savings and spending accounts, health insurance, and career development opportunities.
