Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team in Melbourne. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the Community, Hospital and Residential Care channels.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and account management, with a strong understanding of the Aged Care industry. They will be confident in their ability to negotiate and influence others, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic plans to achieve this goal. You will work closely with our National Residential & Community Field Manager to achieve sales targets and develop new business initiatives.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum 2 years of experience in sales and account management, preferably in the Aged Care industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • A strong understanding of the Aged Care industry, including its trends, challenges and opportunities.
  • The ability to negotiate and influence others, with a strong focus on delivering results.
  • High level analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.


What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
