Warehouse Operations Manager

The purpose of this position is to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the warehouse team to achieve high performance targets in inventory control, team leadership, service quality, and safety standards.
- Manage the warehouse management system (WMS) to optimize workflow and minimize errors.
- Coordinate the preparation and execution of daily deliveries to meet targets and deadlines.
- Ensure timely and accurate receipt of inbound goods, updating inventory records accordingly.
- BUILD a collaborative team environment focused on engagement and achievement of company goals.
- Approve warehouse expenses and recommend process improvements for continuous operational enhancement.
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A hands-on approach to working with the team.
- Leadership skills with a drive to succeed in warehouse and distribution roles.
- Familiarity with electronic WMS systems.
- Proven team leadership, motivation, and results delivery experience.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Be proactive, motivated, resilient, and detail-oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with OH&S policies and related experience.
- A flexible approach to work and willingness to work hard.
- A valid LO or LF license.
- Ability to work one Saturday per month.
