Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced warehouse leader to manage a large, high-volume operation.
This is a unique opportunity to drive performance, improve culture, and deliver smarter warehouse outcomes across a 24/7 environment.
The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, lead a team of warehouse staff, and collaborate with planning and supply chain teams to ensure accurate delivery and storage timing.
A strong understanding of inventory processes and cost management is essential, as is the ability to foster team culture and performance through structure and clarity.
- Oversee warehouse operations across three shifts
- Drive cultural change, engagement and accountability within the team
- Lead, coach and develop warehouse supervisors and team leaders
- Review and manage relationships with third-party logistics providers
- Identify labour efficiency and cost-saving opportunities
- Champion food safety compliance including allergen handling and material flow
The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing a warehouse team in FMCG, with a strong understanding of inventory processes and cost management.
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least five years of experience in warehousing or logistics is required.
