About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our warehouse team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving performance, nurturing talent, and maintaining high standards in our warehouse environment.
The successful candidate will have experience in a leadership role within a warehouse or logistics environment and possess strong people management skills with the ability to influence and motivate team members. Exceptional organizational skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate and manage a team of warehouse staff to achieve their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Hold team members accountable for their performance and provide feedback to support individual development
- Coordinate and streamline warehouse operations to optimize efficiency and productivity
- Oversee administrative duties such as scheduling and data management
- Foster a positive, respectful, and safety-oriented work culture
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership role within a warehouse or logistics environment
- Strong people management skills with the ability to influence and motivate team members
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle administrative responsibilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
