Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of materials, inventory, and shipments.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management:
    • Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock checks and reconciliation of discrepancies
    • Utilize SAP and WMS software to track inventory levels and update stock records
    • Conduct daily cycle counts and investigate stock discrepancies
  • Warehouse Logistics:
    • Coordinate transportation and distribution activities to ensure timely delivery of goods
    • Collaborate with suppliers, shipping companies, and internal teams to resolve logistics issues or delays
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with workplace health and safety regulations
    • Operate forklifts, high reach, and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
    • Prepare materials and products for production as per manufacturing schedules
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve operational goals and objectives
    • Provide guidance and support to team members on their roles and responsibilities
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
    • At least 3 years of experience as a team lead or supervisor in a warehouse environment
    • Knowledge of SAP, Excel, and Microsoft Suite
    • Familiarity with material handling equipment such as electric tuggers and forklift/high reach
