Job Description

The Warehouse Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the warehouse, ensuring efficient execution of logistics and inventory management operations.

This role plays a vital part in maintaining accurate records, managing stock levels, and coordinating the movement of goods within the warehouse and beyond.

  • Receiving and Shipping: Ensure accurate receiving and shipping processes are followed, verify against purchase orders and shipping documents, coordinate loading and unloading of materials, and prepare and dispatch goods to meet customer or production requirements.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy through regular stock checks and reconciliation of discrepancies, utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) software to track inventory levels, update stock records, and manage orders.
  • Warehouse Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, operate forklifts, high reach, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment efficiently and safely.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess at least 3 years of experience as a team lead with a proven track record, have knowledge of SAP, Excel, and Microsoft Suite, and physical handling of raw materials and items around the plant.

Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential for success in this role, along with the ability to collaborate with other departments and ensure timely delivery of goods.
