Civil Infrastructure Project Coordinator

We deliver a wide range of services to over 380,000 residents, catering to diverse communities. Our key services include childcare, waste collection, parks maintenance, libraries, community facilities and aquatic centres.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with project managers on civil infrastructure projects from start to finish.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports ensuring compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.
- Support procurement processes by preparing documents and participating in tender evaluations.
- Maintain records, monitor contractor performance, process variations, and provide cost and schedule updates for project reporting.
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery and compliance with relevant legislation, standards, and policies.
This role requires a tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering recognised by Engineers Australia, a Class C Driver's Licence, and relevant work experience in civil construction or infrastructure delivery.
