Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Infrastructure Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for coordinating civil infrastructure projects from start to finish.

Your primary focus will be on assisting project managers in ensuring the successful delivery of projects, while also conducting site inspections and preparing progress reports.

You will be responsible for supporting procurement processes, including preparing documents and participating in tender evaluations. Additionally, you will assist with contract administration, monitoring contractor performance, processing variations and maintaining records.

The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering recognized by Engineers Australia, as well as a Class C Driver's Licence and WHS Construction Induction (White Card).

With relevant work placement, internship or industry experience in civil construction or infrastructure delivery, you will possess knowledge of civil engineering principles, standards and design codes.

As a strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills, you will be able to prepare clear technical documents and effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
