Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Coordinator to join our Asset Design team on a permanent, full-time basis. This role is responsible for leading a team to create a liveable, safe and sustainable community through the design of stormwater infrastructure, catchment management, and coordination of stormwater and road design across the North West Growth Area.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, with at least 8 years post-qualification experience in the survey, investigation and design of stormwater management infrastructure and cost estimates. They will also have demonstrated experience in leading and managing design teams to ensure effective and timely delivery of program activities.

The ideal candidate will be highly skilled and experienced in GIS packages, computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications, and extensive experience in AutoCAD, 12D and water engineering applications such as DRAINS, HEC-RAS, XP-RAFTS, TUFLOW and MUSIC. They will also have demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to determine and adapt management approaches for a broad range of stormwater, floodplain and road infrastructure management situations.
