Job Description

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide high-quality support to our executive management team and board. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating meetings, preparing board papers, and taking accurate minutes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the executive management team and board, including coordination of meetings, preparation of board papers, and accurate minute taking.
  • Coordinate and support key governance events such as Annual General Meetings, elections, and committee meetings.
  • Administer the ClubGRANTS community program, working with local community and sporting organisations to manage applications and ensure compliance.
  • Act as the first point of contact for stakeholders, including board members, community, and sporting groups, as well as potential function clients.
  • Drive function bookings, ensuring all enquiries are responded to promptly and professionally, and proactively promote the usage of our seven multipurpose function rooms.
  • Prepare reports and assist with a range of administrative tasks across the executive management team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in an administrative or PA role, ideally within a similar organisation. They will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, confidence in liaising with a wide range of people, and strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
