Senior Engineering Infrastructure Specialist

The Senior Coordinator Engineering Design is a key role responsible for overseeing the creation of liveable, safe and sustainable infrastructure in urban areas.
Role DescriptionThis position involves leading a team in creating infrastructure that supports thriving and sustainable cities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading and managing design teams to ensure effective and timely delivery of program activities.
Main responsibilities include:
- Leading a team to develop high-quality civil stormwater designs that meet professional engineering standards.
- Coordinating and preparing technical stormwater engineering policy documents, research, and strategic plans.
- Managing financial resources, including forecasting, and ensuring effective management approaches for various stormwater, floodplain, and road infrastructure management situations.
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as strong customer service and communication skills.
The employment conditions are in accordance with the relevant Enterprise Agreement.
