Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Be flexible and adaptable, working across various roles within the store as required
  • Assist with maintaining a clean and safe store environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
