About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Mechanical Tradesperson to join our team.

As a key member of our Operations team, you will work in a workshop environment and/or on customer sites, responsible for performing general mechanical tasks, repairing and maintaining scrapers, conveyors, pulleys, and workshop equipment.

You will also assist and work with Conveyor Technicians in belt repairs and maintenance, complete day-to-day maintenance activities, ensure plant and equipment is fit for purpose, and work in a mining environment - including underground.

Requirements
  • A strong commitment to safety and quality
  • Excellent communication skills and a high attention to detail
  • Desire for progression
  • Forklift ticket (not essential)
  • A current full driver's licence and the ability to drive a manual is essential
