We are seeking experienced Mechanical Fitters and Boilermakers to join our clients' teams in the Hunter Valley and Newcastle regions.

**Job Summary:**

The successful candidates will be involved in a variety of roles including:

  • Maintenance work - site based (Boilermakers and Fitters)
  • Workshop structural steel - workshop (Boilermakers)
  • Mining equipment overhauls and repairs - workshop (Boilermakers and Fitters)
  • Hydraulic overhaul and production - workshop and site based (Fitters)
  • Mining and Coal Handling equipment - workshop and site based (Boilermakers and Fitters)

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • To perform maintenance, repairs and installations on mechanical equipment and machinery
  • To interpret engineering drawings and specifications
  • To work safely in confined spaces and at heights (for site-based positions)
  • To have a trade qualification in fabrication or mechanical trade (or equivalent)
  • To have experience in the industrial or mining sector

**Requirements:**

  • Trade Qualification - Fabrication or Mechanical (or equivalent)
  • Confined space and working at heights (for site based positions)
  • Experience in the industrial or mining sector
  • Ability to read, interpret and manufacture from engineering drawings
  • Safety focused mindset
