Job Description:

This is a professional healthcare role that requires a high level of clinical skill and expertise. As a registered nurse, you will play a vital part in providing person-centred care to our residents.

  • Advise and support the care delivery by the care team
  • Educate and mentor colleagues in clinical areas and processes
  • Consultative in case management and clinical decision making
  • Clinical oversight and professional competence as a registered nurse
  • Implement and support a resident comfort focus
Requirements:
  • Current AHPRA registration with ideally 2-3 years experience in an aged care setting
  • Flexibility to commit to a range of shifts including nights and weekends
  • Value teamwork but also be able to work independently and show initiative
  • Knowledge and experience of people living with dementia and their needs
  • Genuine passion for serving elderly people and wanting to make a difference in their lives
  • Possess strong admin and computer skills
