Senior Control Systems Engineer Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Control Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a leading role in delivering innovative automation solutions across various projects.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop strong client relationships and engage with clients to define project requirements and develop clear scopes of work
  • Design, develop, implement, and commission advanced control system solutions that meet high standards of quality, safety, and timeliness
  • Provide expert-level technical support and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Promote a culture focused on health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ)
Key Requirements
  • A minimum of five years' experience in control systems engineering within water/wastewater, mining or heavy industrial environments
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proven experience with control systems, automation platforms, and industrial communication networks
  • A proactive, safety-conscious mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
