Job Title: Clinical Trial Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced clinical trial development manager to lead our team in the coordination and implementation of Phase 1 clinical research studies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development, planning, and execution of trial plans and protocols, as well as collaborating with principal investigators, research subjects, client teams, investigators, and clinic operations teams.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing trial plans and protocols
  • Planning logistics and resource usage for clinical trials
  • Tracking study progress and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations globally and by region
  • Managing a team of individual contributors and supervisors

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or healthcare field; advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical trial management, with a focus on Phase 1 studies
  • Proven track record of managing clinical trials and delivering successful outcomes
