Clinical Research Manager

We are seeking a Senior Study Coordinator to plan, coordinate, monitor, and perform study activities associated with clinical trials to a high standard of quality and in accordance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and monitor the performance of supervised team members, providing regular constructive feedback.
- Identify and facilitate training and development needs.
- Actively contribute to staff training identification, design, and delivery.
- Assist in establishing effective Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and monitoring/reporting these as required.
- Participate as an effective member of the Leadership Team.
- Contribute to a safe and productive team culture and work environment.
Strong working knowledge of standards, procedures, and regulations relating to the conduct of clinical studies, including ICH GCP. A demonstrated experience in clinical research or proven competency to work effectively in this area is essential. Well-developed interpersonal skills, sound project management knowledge, and ability to provide positive guidance, feedback, leadership, and support to team members are required.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated competence in leadership, initiative, flexibility, time management, and attention to detail, as well as the ability to solve problems constructively.
