Clinical Research Manager

The role of a Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA) is to ensure the successful execution of clinical trials by monitoring and maintaining compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
Candidates for this position will possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site and remote monitoring of clinical research studies to ensure compliance with GCP guidelines.
- Develop and implement tools, procedures, and processes to ensure quality monitoring.
- Contribute to the design, implementation, and delivery of processes, programs, and policies.
- Support the professional growth of lower-level professionals and manage processes and programs.
- Ensure the integrity and quality of clinical research studies through diligent monitoring and adherence to established practices.
Requirements:
- Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g. life sciences, healthcare).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical research or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in monitoring and managing clinical trials.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
