Job Title: Administrative Lead

About the Role:

  • This is a senior administrative position within our Respiratory Clinical Trials Unit (RCTU).
  • You will lead the Study Support Team, overseeing daily office administration operations and ensuring clinical trials are executed to the highest standard.

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of policy implementation, financial oversight, financial reporting, and key purchasing decisions.
  • Manage trial-specific activities such as maintaining and updating Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Support cutting-edge clinical research that makes a real impact in people's lives.

Requirements:

  • Degree-qualified in Business Administration or Management, Accounting, Health Science/Administration, or related discipline with 3+ years working in clinical trials.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and strategic planning.
  • Exceptional organisational, communication, and IT skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Sound knowledge of clinical research practices, health policies, and international/local research guidelines.
